Design and Implementation

I2V develop our own solutions as well as providing expertise to work with your business’ existing IBM Content and Process solutions, from the Cloud Pak Digital Business Automation portfolio to design and implement bespoke and flexible solutions to meet your business requirements.

I2V’s fixed price approach, alongside our rapid deployment methodology enables our customers to realise maximum benefit and value from their technology investment.

We will work with your IT and relevant business departments to identify and refine your requirements and develop an agile delivery approach that uses the configurable attributes of the technology to deliver actual functionality as opposed to reams of documentation. The ‘show and tell’ review approach enables organisations to see what they are getting earlier in the process which builds confidence in the way forward as ‘seeing is believing’ but also, as importantly, enabling the business to adapt the solution in transit so you receive something that is fit for purpose day one.

This way of working empowers the business in terms of ensuring they understand the capabilities of the technology and that it can be easily and rapidly adapted going forward to continue to meet the needs of their requirements instead of ending up with a solution that slowly decays overtime resulting in more and more work arounds to cope with the quickly changing business environment.

I2V also provide a post go-live managed service to deliver a tailored support and solution management offering to reduce the ongoing solution costs whilst ensuring that the necessary cover is provided for those unforeseen events that thankfully rarely occur.
