Subject Access Request

Organisations are obliged today to respond to valid subject access requests in a timely and appropriate manner. Individual rights are strengthened by the GDPR to ensure data is not held or processed beyond it’s original purpose. Our module for Subject Access requests treats each request as a case; enabling us to track all requests over time with supporting analytics.

Customer notifications with standard template responses are the core of the solution with full audit trails being held on every request and SLA management to ensure the response deadlines set out in the GDPR legislation are met.
