Data Breach Management

Our data breach management solution will control the process that is initiated once the customer’s security team have identified a breach has occurred. The solution will automate both the notification process, to ensure notification deadlines are met, and population of the online Information Commissioners Office form. Ad hoc tasks will enable notification of other interested parties in the organisation, e.g. press office, and HR.

As the Case Manager drives the management of content as well as tasks the Case created by the Data Breach will be the organisation’s one-stop shop for recording all the outcomes of the breach, actions taken, lessons learned etc. The solution will be designed to be defensible to the ICO from an audit and control perspective.
