    John Sutton

    Director
    John has over 20 years of experience in designing, building, configuring and implementing Enterprise Content and Business Process Management solutions in Financial Services, Insurance, Telecoms and Government sectors. He started his career working as a developer for IMI Computing plc in Birmingham, designing and building complex custom solutions for clients across the UK. It was his expertise in FileNet’s workflow toolset that enabled John to go and work in South Africa as a FileNet Workflow Consultant in 1996. In 1998, John joined Oceanus and led the Business & Technical Consulting teams. John was personally responsible for the design and development of the Oceanus Case Management Solution (CMS). He also advised IBM on the design of their Advanced Case Management product – now the worlds leading case management platform. John has implemented systems on a global basis and in the UK with customers such as Bank of New York Mellon and Telefónica O2. In 2011, John founded Insight 2 Value with Phil Hagen and provides the operational leadership and management required to ensure all customer implementations are a production success. John holds a BEng in Civil Engineering and MSc in Information Technology from Aston University.
