    Phil Hagen

    Phil Hagen started his career at KPMG Management Consulting, providing Business Process Redesign consulting services to the UK’s largest organisations. In this role he worked with several process management technologies, including FileNet. In 1993 Phil joined FileNet to manage the largest implementations of FileNet’s Business Process Management platform that had occurred in the UK at that time. In 1997 Phil founded Oceanus, a solution provider focused at Financial Services & Insurance. Phil built the services delivery capabilities, led the product design and development of the company before leading strong sales growth with a focus on client ROI models and ensuring successful deployments. He was also instrumental in the successful migration of Oceanus into the IBM Partner programme following IBM’s acquisition of FileNet Ltd in 2006. In 2011, Phil founded Insight 2 Value Ltd (I2V) with John Sutton with a vision to deliver digital transformation solutions built on a case management platform that would allow customers to automate their most critical processes. Fundamental to this vision are the pillars which continue to underpin all that I2V deliver – fixed price delivery, solution focussed, digital first. Phil holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London Phil is one of the world’s few IBM ECM Champions – an award that recognizes experts in the field of digital content solutions
